We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your product, we offer a simple return and refund process. Please review the terms and steps for returns and refunds below.
1. Return Policy

Return Period: You have the right to return your product within 14 days of receiving it. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.

- The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags or accessories.
- For hygiene products, such as cosmetics, we can only accept returns if the seal has not been opened.

Non-returnable Items:
- Gift cards or vouchers.
- Sale items or promotional products (unless defective or damaged).
2. Return Process
Please follow these steps to return your product:

Email us at support@alwaysessential.com with the subject line “Return Request + Your Order Number. Include the following in your email:
- The product you wish to return.
- The reason for the return (optional).
- Photos of any damage or defects (if applicable).

Wait for approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return label and further instructions.

Package the product: Make sure the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Use the original packaging if possible.
- Ship the package: Drop the package off at a post office or delivery point and send it back using the return label we provided.
3. Refund Policy

Processing refunds: Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will send you a confirmation email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return shipping costs: The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility, unless the product is defective or damaged. In such cases, we will fully cover the return shipping costs.

Partial refunds:
- Items that are visibly used, damaged, or missing original packaging may qualify for a partial refund.

No refund for shipping costs: The original shipping cost is non-refundable, except in cases where the product was delivered damaged or defective.
4. Exceptions

Damaged or defective products: If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will either replace the item or offer a full refund, including shipping costs.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, you can return the unwanted product and place a new order.
